Heute wird's mal süß und freaky mit Lakritzschokolade: Die Marke Shokomonk hat als eine ihrer 30 Schokoladenriegel diese Sorte aus weißer Schokolade und Lakritz auf den Markt gebracht. Die Idee, die beiden Süßigkeiten zu kombinieren kommt aber eigentlich aus Finnland. Dort werden sogar Vollmilchschokolade und Salmiakpastillen kombiniert - stell ich mir sehr spannend vor.
Aber zurück zu meinem süßen Snack: wenn man die Verpackung von shokomonk anschaut, erwartet man große Lakritzgummistücke im Schokoriegel. Da wird man meiner Meinung nach positiv überrascht: in der Schokolade sind "nur" kleine Lakritzstreusel, die dem Produkt einen tollen Kick geben. Ich denke dieser Riegel ist nur etwas für Leute, die wirklich die beiden Hauptzutaten mögen (so wie ich) - aber die werden es lieben!
Today will be sweet and freaky with liquorice chocolate: The brand shokomonk has created as one of its 30 chocolate bars this sort of white chocolate and licorice. The idea to combine the two sweets actually comes from Finland. There even milk chocolate and salmiak pastels are combined - I imagine this to be a very exciting taste.
But back to my sweet snack: if you look at the packaging of shokomaonk, one expects large licorice gum pieces in the chocolate bar. You will be surprised positively in my opinion as in the chocolate you find "only" small liquorice sprinkles which give a great kick to the product. I think this bar is only for people who really like the two main ingredients (like me) - but they will love it!
